If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with this product you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Domestic orders will be shipped via 2nd day ground transport, unless specified otherwise. Overnight shipping is available with the additional charges being paid by the customer. Shipping and handling charges are prepaid by the Dr. Hanna Institute and are added to the invoice. Shipments are F.O.B. San Diego, California. Shipping days are Monday through Friday. Orders received after 3:00pm will be processed the next business day. All domestic orders are shipped via The Dr. Hanna InstituteÕs designated carrier. If another carrier is specified, a customer carrier account number must be provided and The Dr. Hanna Institute cannot guarantee delivery time.
RETURN POLICY
Authorization for all product returns must be approved prior to return of goods. Contact our Customer Service Department for a return authorization number. No product credit will be granted on returns that do not have a return authorization number. Return authorization numbers are valid for 30 days from issue date. Items which are authorized for return must arrive at The Dr. Hanna Institute in a reasonable state to be eligible for a product credit. A restocking charge of 25% or $25.00 (whichever is greater) will be charged on returns which are through no error or fault of The Dr. Hanna Institute and shipping charges will not be credited. Products may be returned for credit after 20 days of receipt of material.
DAMAGED/MISSING PRODUCT
Every package is marked "this package must be inspected upon arrival". Contact our Customer Service Department for replacement of damaged or missing components. Requests for replacement of damaged/missing components must be telephoned into The Dr. Hanna Institute within 3 days of receipt of goods.
WARRANTIES
The Dr. Hanna Institute warrants that all products will perform according to the specifications when all instructions are followed for a minimum of three (3) months. This warranty limits The Dr. Hanna Institute's liability only to the cost of the product. No warranty is granted for products beyond their listed expiration date. No warranty is applicable unless all product components are stored in accordance with instructions. If spoilage has occurred in transit, please call our Customer Service Department. We assume no responsibility or liability for any special or consequential loss or damage occurring from any delay which is unavoidable or beyond our reasonable control.
PAYMENT TERMS
Prices listed in this product catalog are quoted in US dollars. Written price quotations for Customized Program services or for bulk orders are firm for purchase orders received within 30 days or the number of days specified on the written quotation. Prices are subject to change without notice. Unless otherwise specified, all payments are due upon shipment of the product or delivery of the service. For business and institutions, prepayment of initial order may be required with completion of credit application. The Dr. Hanna Institute does not agree to, and is not bound by, any other terms or conditions that have not been expressly agreed to in writing by a duly authorized officer of The Dr. Hanna Institute.
PRODUCT USE
The Dr. Hanna Institute products are sold as food supplement only. No health claims are either made or implied. No nutritional product has ever been proven to standards of the Food & Drug Administration to cure, prevent or diminish any human disease. If you suffer from any disease, please consult your doctor.
